Private account access
Transcript jobs are available only through authenticated accounts, with ownership and permission checks separating customers, support, administrators, and platform operations.
Encrypted transfer and storage
Transcript and audio files are protected with encrypted HTTPS transfer and encrypted private object storage while they are uploaded, processed, and retained.
Original source preserved
The original upload stays separate and unchanged. Working transcript data, AI output, review decisions, and reviewed downloads remain distinct artifacts.
Audio receives the same protection
Uploaded recordings and generated audio transcripts use the same private access, storage, retention, and deletion boundaries as the transcript job.
Customer-controlled retention
Choose how long completed jobs remain available, from 1 through 90 days. Eligible jobs can also be permanently deleted before the scheduled date.
Support is isolated from transcript content
Help chat cannot read uploaded transcript text, audio, findings, editor content, storage paths, provider artifacts, or private file links.
Reporter-controlled corrections
A suggestion never becomes part of the reviewed transcript until the reporter explicitly accepts it.
No public-model training
Customer transcript and audio content is processed only to provide the service and is not used to train a generally available public AI model without separate express authorization.
A realistic security promise
No online service can honestly promise zero risk. RecordMaikers reduces exposure through private storage, limited access, separated artifacts, controlled retention, permanent deletion, and narrow support boundaries rather than relying on one security feature.
